In partnership with Lionsgate, we led a social + press strategy focused on building connections with Black audiences and pushing them to see The Blackening in theaters. Through leading a full content day shoot with talent and filmmakers, partnering with influencers throughout the campaign, managing all of the title social pages, and producing engaging promotional pieces – we successfully positioned the film as the Black comedy of the summer.
